Scott Hoffmann is a Field Grade Military Officer Veteran, Real Estate Investor and business entrepreneur. He was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and currently enjoys living with his family in the Denver metropolitan area, Colorado, USA, after serving in, deploying to, and vacationing in much of the world, while in the military.

Biography

Scott is proud to be a son of John and Diane Hoffmann of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. He has 5 siblings: Sandy and Dave Janke, Rick and Sandy Hoffmann, John and Cindy Hoffmann, Diana and Dave Schnuelle and Randy and Tina Hoffmann. Scott attended Sheboygan: Wilson Elementary; Farnsworth Junior High; and South High Schools.

Scott joined the military at the age of 17, where he proudly served to protect our democracy for 22 years. Holding positions above his pay grade he quickly excelled through the enlisted ranks, making Staff Sergeant in six years. He then received an ROTC Scholarship and earned his Bachelor Degree in Finance, from the University of Tampa, Florida and was commissioned an officer. He server in the military for another 15 years where he was promoted through the officer ranks to Major. His final position in the military was a Battalion Commander. Scott has since transition back to civilian life and has earned his Masters Degree in Real Estate Construction from the University of Denver, Colorado. Scott now enjoys waking up to the challenges of real estate investing.

Scott enjoys volleyball, snow/water/jet skiing, scuba diving, racquetball and golf. He has a wide range of interests, from being a die-hard Green Bay Packer fan to Salsa dancing. Scott has fond memories of his childhood spending time at numerous lakes during the summer with his family, going to extended family gatherings where the uncles would play cards (Sheep-head), while the kids would run around and play, and the aunts would talk and laugh. Christmas round robins with the extended family were the best. He is a devoted (husband to be) to his amazing and beautiful fiancé Chandra and a loving father to his two pretty and bright daughters, Kianna and Brittany. He loves being involved in their activities: Denver Bronco Junior Cheer leading, volleyball, swimming, gymnastics, cheer & dance. His world revolves around his family, he cherishes every moment with them.

Career

Some of his most memorable military moments are: Successfully managed 330 civilian and military personnel, which included 7 companies and the Bn. HQs. Deployments to and being stationed in numerous corners of the world particularly Europe, Asia and Central America. Ensured the safety of his Soldiers and their families in the BN., by evacuating, relocating and housing them, during the 2008 CA fires. He successfully managed multi-million dollar operational and maintenance budgets. Oversaw: Human Resources, Operations, Logistics, Property Management, IT and Maintenance Departments. One of his fondest memories is coordinating and supervising Christmas shows for the Troops.
