Md. Tajul Islam Rajib is such a big-brain who always thinks differently. He made his lifestyle more valuable from his childhood than others. When a teenager used to hang out with friends and play sports, Md. Tajul Islam Rajib used to go with his father and observe every activity of his father's organization very closely. Tajul Islam is the eldest son of his father, Alhaj Md. Kashem had a dyeing and garments trader organization in Narayanganj called "Azad Knit." Rajib's father offered him the organization's director in college life because he was obsessed with business. He dreamed of becoming a successful entrepreneur from a young age when he grew up and managed accordingly.

During the Covid breakdown, he left the conventional way and started something new to different. Rajib's revolutionary step is not only introducing but also Hardly trying to success the "Biofloc" method. He developed an interest in fish farming, which helped balance the financial crisis during the Covid period. He started to know a lot about this subject. He spent the whole pandemic researching "Biofloc". He does many experiments using the massive huge yard of his house. He started cultivating Tilapia, Koi, Golsa, and Shrimp by making a few pounds. At the same time, he brought some local and foreign fish species and started breeding from them in aquariums. Then he started theoretical and practical activities on how to take the Biofloc issue forward more scientifically and healthily. Due to the Corona epidemic, many young people became unemployed who, before Corona, either did tuition or worked in small core organizations.

Md. Tajul Islam Rajib gave employment opportunities to those unemployed youths by starting the journey of his own business, "Azad Fisheries". The unemployed youths who joined the organization were trained by the district fisheries and animal resources department at their own expense and started new business activities with full vigor in a completely scientific way. He set up a farm of several types of colorful fish with eight large and small ponds of 3,80,000 liters for cultivation. The practice of Biofloc was just a hobby for Rajib at first. Now, he made it a business venture. The path started with a new journey, and more than one unemployed youth got new employment opportunities. Today, Md. Tajul Islam Rajib supplies domestic and foreign fish in his district and different parts of the country. The businessman did not confine himself to the boundaries of profit and loss but wanted to spread the plan and practical knowledge of his independent fisheries among the youth. Rajib is one of the successful young businessmen of the country who can be an example for many unemployed young boys.
