Introduction
Dr. Lubna Kamal is a Homeopathic Nephrologist, very few people across the globe, with two-decade long experience in the field. She is an Assistance Professor at the state Jawahar Lal Nehru Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital in Kanpur, India.
An individual who aims to bring Homeopathy forth in Mainstream of Science and to proclaim and promulgate it to be Medicine of 21st century instead of labelled Alternative and Complementary System through Evidence Based Research.
Early Life and Education
She completed her Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from the Lal Bahadur Shastri Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. And her M.D from the same college in Prayagraj, with Honors in 2014. She has recently completed MBA in Healthcare Management, 2022 Symbiosis Pune and PhD Homeopathy, Tantia University, Sri Ganganagar.
Career
She started Working with Zaidi Charitable Clinic, Allahabad as an Assistant Physician between 1999 to 2003. Then worked with Qureshi Homeo Hall, Lucknow as an Assistant Physician for Gynecology and Obstetrics from 2005 to 2007. Worked with Gaurang Clinic and Centre for Homeopathic Research (G.C.C.H.R.), Lucknow as a Physician from 2005 to 2007. Working with Nano India Homeopathy, Lucknow as Consultant Physician from 2007 to 2011. 1 years and 6 months of Post Graduate teaching experience in Sri Sai Nath Post Graduate Institute of Homeopathy, Allahabad. 2 years and 2 months of Under Graduate and Post Graduate teaching experience in R.K.D.F. Homeopathic Medical, Hospital and Research Centre, Bhopal. Assistant Professor, Department of Materia Medica in State Jawahar Lal Nehru Homeopathic Medical College, Kanpur since July 2018 till date.

Social Impact
She received invitation and took part in the BhagidariSahityaUtsav held at BhagidariBhawan in Lucknow on July 30th, 2023. Furthermore, she arranged a campaign at KhwajaMoinuddin Chishti raDargah in Ajmer on June 24th, 2023, aimed at raising awareness about managing blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and preventing renal failure along with other non-communicable diseases.
She arranged and took part in a Bhandara during the Bada Mangal event orchestrated by Miss Meenakshi on June 3rd, 2023. Moreover, she participated in coordinating another Bhandara close to the IMT Estate, organised by Mrs. Rinki in Nirala Nagar, on June 7th, 2023 in Lucknow.
She received an invitation to C20 (Civil 20, a part of G20) Integrated holistic Health Summit, which took place in Faridabad between April 7th to 9th, 2023. The purpose was to showcase our exemplary social work and engage in Policy Dialogue Rounds to provide our insights.
Furthermore, she conducted a 15th day Rath Yatra to raise awareness about renal health on World Kidney Day 2023. The Yatra was inaugurated by the AYUSH Minister and concluded with the participation of the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Numerous dignitaries including ministers, IAS Officers, Social activists and politicians took part in the 15th day Rath Yatra, during which over 4000 patients received complimentary consultations and 2000 individuals underwent free Renal profile screenings.
She received an invitation to attend the Mayan Mahotsav - A Rural-Urban Confluence on February 5th, 2023, in Itaunja, Lucknow. On January 20th, 2023, she visited the Badlaav Shelter House in Aishbagh, Lucknow, where she interacted with the residents, provided counseling, and offered encouragement.
As part of her involvement with the Human Assistance Foundation, she has been actively engaged in various charitable activities. On January 5th, 2023, a follow-up camp was held at the Badlaav Shelter House in Aishbagh, Lucknow, where free spectacles were distributed. She has also participated in events such as blanket distribution, free eye checkups, medical camps, and yoga camps. One such event took place on December 29th, 2022, at the Aashirvaad Trust in Lucknow, where she provided counseling to girls who had run away from their homes.
Additionally, on December 25th, 2022, she visited the Badlaav Shelter House in Aishbagh, Lucknow, where she interacted with the residents, offered counseling, and provided encouragement. On December 18th, 2022, a free health checkup camp was organized at SriramAnathalayAliganj, which included the distribution of free medicine, woolens, and blankets.
Furthermore, she participated in activities on November 29th, 2022, organized by the Human Assistance Foundation and AIPEIF, which included a blanket and warmer distribution drive, free eye checkups, spectacle distribution, a medical camp, and a yoga camp at Purush and MahilaKaragar, Lucknow, separately.
In line with the "Celebrate with Me" campaign initiated by the Human Assistance Foundation, she celebrated Dr. Sugandha Srivastava's birthday with orphans at Sri Ram AudhyogikAnathalay, Aliganj, Lucknow, on November 22nd, 2022.
Moreover, she took part in a Free Diabetes Screening Camp on World Diabetes Day, which was organized by the Directorate of Homeopathy at Indira Bhawan, Lucknow, on November 14th, 2022.

Awards and Achievements
Dr. Lubna, the astonishing figure who has capability and vision to make the society a better version of itself. She has secured plenty of recognitions and awards, for instance, she was invited as a Judge for Sawan Utsav & Fashion Show, Best Dressed, Best Mahendi & Peach Queen Competition 2023, Lucknow organized by Renu Chauhan.
On July 8, 2023, at Sanjeevni Mamta Super Speciality Hospital in Andheri East, Mumbai, she received the book "I am no Messiah" from Dr. Shariq Ansari, Manager (Medical) of the Sonu Sood Foundation Charitable Foundation, Mumbai. This recognition stems from her role in organizing and hosting the Dr. Anurudh Verma Memorial Homeopathic Scientific Seminar held on December 25-26, 2021, at the Sales Tax Auditorium in Kanpur. She was also featured in the RBTC 100 Top Inspirational Muslim Women list (https://www.inspiringindianmuslimwomen.org/) and received a Certificate of Publication for her work "Affirm: Let the Universe Confirm" by Spectrum of Thoughts Publication on August 2, 2021.
Her achievements extend to being honored with the India Prime 100 Authors Award for her research paper titled "Homeopathy Helps Renal Failure Patient Suffering from COVID-19" in 2021. Furthermore, she clinched the Global Teaching Excellence Award 2021 as one of the Top 10 Professors of the Year at the GTEA Conference held online on July 24, 2021. She was recognized with the Real Super Woman Award in July 2021 for her contributions as a Homeopathic Consultant by Forever Star India Awards. Her accomplishments were also highlighted in the Celebrating Womanhood Edition 2021 of Lifestyle Magazine in July 2021.
Her dedication to healthcare and awareness was acknowledged when she received the Best Doctor 2020 award for her efforts in promoting the prevention of Renal Failure and conducting free diagnostic tests. This recognition was presented by AIPIF, India at Dufferin Hospital on January 26, 2020. She also received an Appreciation Award for Medical Journalism from ICN News and Broadcast in August 2020 and 2019 at Hotel Vijay Paradise in Lucknow.
Notably, she was invited to attend significant events, including the grand opening of the multi-cuisine restaurant, Big Bite, inaugurated by Mr. RaghurajPratap Singh (Raja Bhaiya) on December 18, 2018, in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. She also participated in the launch of the biography of Mr. Jagdish Gandhi and Mrs. Bharti Gandhi on their 60th Marriage Anniversary in 2019 in Lucknow, as well as the Photography Exhibition "Shades of Passion" by Lakshya on January 5, 2019, Lucknow.
