Hollywood Pompeii
Hollywood Pompeii (Born 25 September, 1985) is an American videographer and director from Brooklyn NY known for directing for major artist.[1][2]
Early life
Joshua Bermudez, dubbed “Hollywood Pompeii,” was born in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Because they all grew up in Coney Island, Pompeii is from the same area as D. Chambers and Nems FYL. He became interested in rap after his mother gave him The Fugees’ “The Score” album, which introduced him to the genre and made him fall in love with it. At the age of 12, Pompeii was so into music and wanted to be a rapper that he wrote a letter to Diddy and Mase and sent it to Bad Boy’s New York office in the hopes of being recognized.
Career
Pompeii developed a passion for filming and would do it whenever he had the chance. After some time and improving his technique, he began filming music videos for artists such as Lil Boosie, Kevin Gates, Lil Baby, Casanova 2X, Meztheprod, Rob49, G9, PBE Pluto, and others.
Current
Hollywood Pompeii has worked his way up from the ground up and now shoots music videos for some of the biggest stars in the music industry. While building a great career as a cameraman, Pompeii hopes to one day put his son in a position to take over and continue his family’s legacy.
