Muktar Yahya Najee Al Warafi is a citizen of Yemen, currently held in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps in Cuba.[1] The Department of Defense estimate that Al Warafi was born in 1974, in Ta'iz, Yemen.
As of August 6, 2011, Muktar Yahya Najee al Warafi has been held at Guantanamo for nine years three months.[2]
