Muhebullah (also transliterated as Mohi Bullar) is a citizen of Afghanistan who is still held in extrajudicial detention after being transferred from United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba — to an Afghan prison.[1][2]

Muhebullah's Guantanamo Internment Serial Number was 974. Joint Task Force Guantanamo estimate he was born in 1981, in Urezgon [sic], Afghanistan.

Transfer to an Afghan prison

The Center for Constitutional Rights reports that all of the Afghans repatriated to Afghanistan from April 2007 were sent to Afghan custody in the American built facility in the Pul-e-Charkhi prison near Kabul.[2]
