Ibrohim Nasriddinov is a citizen of Tajikistan who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba.[1]
Identity
There is no Guantanamo captive named Ibrohim Nasriddinov on either the official list released on April 20, 2007 or the official list released on May 15, 2007.[2][3]
Trial in Tajikistan
Radio Free Europe reported on August 7, 2007 that a former Gunantanamo captives, named "Ibrohim Nasriddinov", had recently stood trial in Tajikistan.[1] According to the report Nasriddinov: "was accused of supporting Al-Qaeda and the Taliban and receiving terrorist training in Pakistan and Afghanistan." According to the report he was convicted of murder, and received a sentence of 23 years.
