Hukumra or Hukumra Khan is a citizen of Afghanistan who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba.[1]
His Guantanamo Internment Serial Number was 1157. JTF-GTMO analysts estimate that he was born in 1974, in Chenna Village, Afghanistan.
Hukumra was transferred to Afghanistan on April 18, 2005.[2]
