Bharat

Bharat, which is previously known as India is a country in South of Asia continent. It has 29 states and 7 Union territories. In September 2023, the name of India was changed to Bharat and this change was started with an invitation of G20 summit sent by President of Bharat. This name is not new, because Bharat is known by 7 different names. It is the 7th largest country by area and most populous country by June 2023.It became an independent country on 15th August, 1947. And is the most populous democratic country till now. The capital of Bharat is New Delhi. Bounded by Indian Ocean on South, Arabian Sea on South-west & Bay of Bengal on Soth-east. It shares boundaries with 7 countries, which are Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Nepal,Afghanistan, Bhutan, Myanmar. And Sri Lanka is also a neighbouring country of Bharat.
