Animated series

Ambulance Robo was working in a hospital in episode 20, "The Man From Gandora". He took the injured Devilrock Clay to the hospital.

The Land Commander 5 team in episode 25, "Scramble! Land Commander 5"

Ambulance Robo appeared in episode 25, "Scramble! Land Commander 5". He joined the Land Commander 5 team under the command of Bike Robo at Yamilan City. Like his team-mates he was initially arrogant and dismissive of Rom Stol and his friends, believing that nothing could stand up to Land Commander 5 in combat.

In episode 29, "Escape From the Underground - Pro Truck Racer Appears!", Ambulance Robo appeared defending the city during an attack.

In episode 37, "Critical Moment - Land Commander 5", five Machine Robo were selected to be the new team piloting Land Commander 5. The new team was comprised of Ambulance Robo, Fire Robo, Missile Tank Robo, Porsche Robo and Shuttle Robo. Missile Tank Robo was given the MRP4 suit. After repulsing a Gandora attack on the Battle Base the Land Commander 5 team battled the possessed Rockgilan.

A 5-pack that included a blue faced version of Buggy Robo, a blue version of Bike Robo, a yellow version of Fire Robo, a red version of Ambulance Robo and a yellow taxi version of Patrol Car Robo.
