Nadeem Malik, known professionally as Dr. Nadeem Malik, is an Indian entrepreneur, politician, and social worker.[1] He is widely known for his contribution to social work and skill development. He is the founder and chairman of the Future Shape Group, a non-governmental organization based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.[2] In addition to running Future Shape Group, Nadeem is the owner of the Royal Heritage Resort, Pilibhit, India, and president of the Nadeem Malik Foundation.
Nadeem Malik is an alumnus of Kurukshetra University, Thanesar, Haryana, India, where he earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree.[1] He has been honoured with Amar Ujala, National Skill Development Corporation, and Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Early Life
Dr. Nadeem Malik was born on 12 August 1990 in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, India, to an Indian Muslim family of Israr Ahmad and Shamim Begum.[2] He belongs to Rayeen, a Sunni Muslim community.[2] Malik was born and raised in Pilibhit, along with Zarar Ahmad and two other siblings. In 2011, he moved to Bareilly to start a business and founded Future Shape Group.
Nadeem Malik's early life was full of ups and downs, but he never gave up. Today, he is widely known as one of the best social workers in Uttar Pradesh, India. Nadeem Malik married Saba Malik on 4 March 2023 at the Royal Heritage Resort, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Education
Dr. Nadeem Malik is a positively educated entrepreneur and social worker. He completed his schooling at G.M. Inter College, Amkhiriya, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. After completing his primary education, he joined the Azad Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, where he obtained his Bachelor of Technology in information technology and Post Graduate Diploma in Management.[1]
Nadeem Malik also joined Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan, where he completed a Master of Technology in Computer Science and Technology. Finally, he joined Kurukshetra University in Thanesar, Haryana, where he obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.[1]
Family
Dr. Nadeem Malik's father, Israr Ahmad, is an Indian farmer, while his mother, Shamim Begum, is a housewife.[2] He has three siblings, one brother and three sisters. His brother Zarar Ahmad is his business partner, who always walks shoulder to shoulder with him. His family follows Islam and belongs to Rayeen, a Sunni Muslim community.[2]
Career
Dr. Nadeem Malik started his career in 2011 by founding Future Shape Group in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, intending to provide 360-degree solutions in education, information technology, assessment, and skill development. He was successful in his plan, and his thinking also helped lakhs of children to be trained and educated.
Today, Future Shape Group is a known brand in the field of education and training sector. Besides Future Shape Group, Malik owns the Royal Heritage Resort, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, and is the president of the Nadeem Malik Foundation for social activities.
