Shattered Glass Beast Wars
The second Polar Claw was an evil Maximal from the negative universe. He turns into a truck.[2]
Shattered Glass Polar Claw was originally proposed for a Beast Wars Shattered Glass set. Renegade Maximals invade "modern" Cybertron from the future! Leading them is a radioactive Cheetor bent on contaminating Cybertron to change the timeline!
Polar Claw teams with the Predacons and allows them access to his time travel research so that he can help them track down Cheetor and end a threat to time itself!
Symbols on the truck mode were inspired by the TV series Lost.[3]
Toys
Although ultimately never released, the proposed BotCon exclusive Polar Claw was a recolor of Generations Kup with a new head. The Kup with the new head mold would ultimately be used to make BotCon exclusive Hoist.
