Prosperi was born on November 07, 1983, in Pescara, Italy. He completed his schooling in Italy. He worked as an actor in several short films. He was featured in the film “Torn Devotion,” released in 2013, in which he played the role of a lawyer[[1]].

In 2013, Prosperi started a Youtube channel[[2]], "Vincenzo’s Plate",” on which he teaches the traditional Italian cooking techniques which Prosperi had learned from her grandmother. The YouTube page of Vincenzo’s Plate has over 1 million subscribers. Prosperi also provides cooking classes for Italian food to people in Australia and Italy. He teaches various Italian cuisine with the traditional techniques used in the past. He learned those techniques from her grandmother. As of February 2023, Prosperi, through his channel, has taught and shown over 500 recipes.[[3]][[4]][[5]] Vincenzo’s Plate also has its apparel store online, selling various items with quotes related to the brand and Italian food.

His venture Vincenzo’s Plate, hosts “Italy Unexplored Tours,” taking people to Italy and introducing them to Italian culture and food.[[6]] In 2017, Vincenzo’s Plate won the 8th Taste Awards in the Best Travel Program of the year category for its Italy Unexplored[7].

In 2015, Prosperi created a short video, “The FoodFather.” In that video, he did a parody of the film “The Godfather,” in which he played the role of Godfather.[[8]]

Personal Life

Prosperi currently lives in Sydney with his wife, Suzanne Vincenzo.[[9]]
