Sonali Satpathy (born November 25, 1992) is an Indian advocate and philanthropist. She is known for her work in various fields of law, including PoSH Act, Cyber Law, Consumer Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Family Laws, POCSO Act, Constitutional Law, Civil & Criminal Law, and Banking Law.

Early Life and Education

Sonali Satpathy was born on November 25, 1992, in India. She obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from the University of Pune in 2014. Later, she completed her Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Jaipur National University in 2017. In 2021, she received her LLB degree from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.

Career

Sonali started her professional career as a counselor and lecturer at Knowledge Academy from September 2012 to March 2014. She then worked as a Documentation Officer at IPCA Laboratories Ltd. from June 2014 to October 2014. Following that, she served as an Admin Executive and HR Assistant at Sterlite Technologies Ltd. from October 2014 to August 2015.

Since May 2017, Sonali has been actively involved in various ventures as a freelancer, participating in innovation, strategy development, research, sales, social media handling, management, and audits. She has also been engaged in the management of documentation for process automation and digitalization, as well as liaising and public relations for individuals and organizations at various levels.

Sonali's expertise lies in multiple areas of law, including the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act, Cyber Law, Consumer Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Family Laws, POCSO Act, Constitutional Law, Civil & Criminal Law, and Banking Law. She has conducted awareness sessions, organized training programs, and provided legal guidance on these subjects.

Sonali is the founder of the NGO "Smile and Let Smile Association," which focuses on the welfare of women, children, and laborers. Through their initiative called "ONE RUPEE FOR CHANGE," the organization collects small donations to provide support and food to those in need. Additionally, they conduct camps on labor safety and hygiene, anti-depression campaigns, health check-up camps, and facilitate a "Wall of Benefits" for essential item donations.
