Seinudeen Marikar Isham Marikar
Seinudeen Marikar Isham Marikar (born October 28, 1988) is a Sri Lankan Youth Activist and politician.[1][2][3]
Life and career
Born in Puttalam town in the Puttalam District, Isham began fighting for justice as a social activist from a young age. He was educated at Zahira College, Puttalam and attended the Greenwich University UK where he graduated as Computer Engineer and later gained a master's degree.[4]
Isham has been working as an IT Manager for German Railways in Qatar since 2013. He has actively been running and participating in lots of charity events in Qatar.[5] Currently he is the president of Puttalam Zahirians Football Club in Qatar.[6][7][8] He is an International Volunteer and member of Youth Parliament from the Puttalam Electoral District.[9] He is also the founder of the volunteer group called Silent Volunteer which works towards cleaning up the public places.[10] He also a founding member of a #CleanPuttalam social fight against the government project.[11][12]
