Patrick Daoud
Patrick Daoud is a Lebanese content creator/influencer who started his career at the end of 2017 by creating comedy videos on social media platforms first of which was Instagram[1]. His videos are made of sarcastic content related to the usual problems that Arab people encounter during their daily life. Patrick targets audiences of all ages with his videos who are mainly Lebanese people; however, in the past 2 years, his videos[2] spread all around the world and especially in the Arab region and European countries to become an international content creator.
Professional life
Patrick is a young Lebanese actor born in a small village in Lebanon who started his career on Instagram by creating comedy videos. Since the launching of his page at the end of 2017, Patrick’s videos have had more than 100 million views on different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook[3], Youtube[4], and Tiktok. Moreover, during the Lebanese revolution that started on October 17th, 2019, Patrick was a huge activist and didn’t hesitate in going down to the streets daily other than the videos[5] in which he raised his voice and spoke on behalf of many Lebanese people blaming the Lebanese government and authorities of all the problems that we have reached nowadays.
'Patrick is not only a comedy content creator on social media, but he also participated in many theater plays, and he most recently took an important acting role in the Lebanese series “Bakir” in which he showed his dramatic face in the series. Many magazines and newspapers such as “L’Orient-le Jour”, “AL-Nahar” and others have written about the perfect content that Patrick creates on social media and recently his excellent performance in the last series.
Viral Videos
Due to his viral videos, Patrick has been interviewed by the top Television channels in Lebanon such as LBCI, MTV, AL Jadeed, OTV and he is now on the edge of starting a successful acting career since he studied theater and acting in the Lebanese University of Fine Arts and has a diploma in this major. Last but not least, Patrick has launched many humanitarian campaigns in order to help Lebanese people during these hard times and especially after the August 4th explosion which devastated most of the capital Beirut.
