On the other side, a terrorist has replaced his face with an Indian (with the help of surgery) and wants to avenge his brother by destroying the country. Now Government has the challenge, how to catch this terrorist and make country terrorism free.

Synopsis
Ye kahani purani dilli ke chandani chouk se shuru hoti hai, Jahan ek paranthe ki dukaan (Shop) me surgical strike ki news chal rahi hai. Iske agle hi scene me desh ki suraksha ko lekar Delhi me important meeting chal rahi hoti hai jisme desh ke Home minister aur National security advisor (NSA) jaise log shamil hote hai aur iss meeting me NSA sabhi ke saamne ek special Mission ka sujhav rakhte hai jo ki bahut hi unique or Mass surveillance system par aadharit hai aur sabhi log iss sujhav se agree hai but is mission ka important kirdar (VIKRAM TRIPATHI) abhi gayab hai, jiski talaash me NSA pehle se lage huye hai aur kuchh samay bad VIKRAM TRIPATHI ko dhundte huye Banaras (U.P.) tak pahunch jate hai.
Banaras pahunchkar wo VIKRAM se milte hai aur iss mission ke bare me bat karte hai lekin VIKRAM iss mission ko join nahi karna chahta kyun ki kuchh saal pehle VIKRAM ko isi tarah ke ek mission ko political pressure aur majboori me adhura hi chhodna padta hai… Lekin NSA se milne ke bad VIKRAM akele me bahut sochta hai aur last me wo iss Mission ko join karne ka man faisla leta hai kyun ki ye mission VIKRAM ki personal life se juda hua hai aur iss mission ke through wo apne parent’s ka badla bhi lena chahta hai.
Ab VIKRAM, NSA ke sath Delhi pahunchta hai aur apni team ke sath iss mission ki taiyariyan shuru kar deta hai…Taiyariyan chal hi rahi hoti hai tabhi Kashmir se khabar aati hai ki waha ek bahut bada aatanki hamla hua hai jisme humare kafi jawan shaheed ho gye hai, iss ghatna ke bad NSA, VIKRAM ko Jammu & Kashmir jane ke liye bolte hai. VIKRAM apne ek team member ke saath train se J&K ke liye rawana ho jata hai. Train me baithkar VIKRAM apni story or purane mission ke bare me btane lagta hai aur iss tarah story flashback me chalne lagti hai, jiske last me pata chalta hai ki VIKRAM ke mata-pita (Parents) ki death ek terrorist attack me ho gayi thi.
Wahi doosri side Pakistan me ek terrorist (BILAL ANSARI) surgery ki help lete huye badi chalaki se ek Indian se apna face replace kar leta hai, jisne kuchh din pehle hi MASOOD AZHAR ka group join kiya tha. Ab BILAL ANSARI, face se ek Indian hai lekin dimag se terrorist…. aur ab wo Jammu & Kashmir me ghus kar rehne lagta hai aur ab BILAL apne bhai ki maut ka badla, Indian Government se lena chahta hai....
