Megan Epstein

Megan Aubale Epstein (born April 25, 1986), Meg Epstein, is an American businesswoman and commercial real estate developer. She is the founder and CEO of CA South and a member of the Civic Design Center, Urban Land Institute Mixed-Use (Gold Counsel), and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center.

Early life

Born in Sacramento, California, Epstein graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a BA in 2008. She also attended New York University for an architecture program in 2007. In addition, Epstein attended the YPO Real Estate Program at Harvard in 2023.

Epstein holds a pilot-single-engine aviation license and is a licensed Tennesse Commercial General Contractor. Her company CA South is a certified Women's Business Enterprise. In 2018, Epstein completed CCIM training classes and has been a CCIM candidate since.

Career

Following her graduation from UCLA in 2008, Epstein worked as a project manager, construction manager, and owners' construction representative in Los Angeles and San Francisco for Orion and Finton Group. In 2016, Epstein founded CA South, a commercial real estate development company with an associated private equity fund. Since the company's establishment, she has been serving as its CEO.[1] Through CA South, Epstein has completed commercial real estate development projects in the Nashville area, including Hyve, Eve, Myatt Drive, Callis Road, Luna, Alina, and Allston. CA South develops opportunity fund projects, residential condominiums, industrial and logistics parks, and multi-family residential apartments. Since 2018, she has been involved with the Forbes Real Estate Council and has been a member of YPO since 2023. She is also associated with McWhorter's Circle and Nashville Entrepreneur Center In addition Enstein is a hoard member of the Civic Design Center.[1]
