Jennifer Weisselberg is a former ballet dancer and choreographer, best known for serving as a whistleblower against former President Donald Trump.[1]

In 2004 she married Barry Weisselberg, the son of Allen Weisselberg.[1] Her father-in-law Allen has been was Trump's Chief Financial Officer since 2000, with his office right beside Trump's.[2] Her husband also worked for Trump, managing all his ice-skating rinks in the NYC area.

When she married she and her husband moved into a desirable apartment in downtown Manhattan, that overlooked Central Park.[1] She was told it was a wedding gift, only to learn, later, that Trump's accounting showed the gift as a business expense - not a personal gift. If the apartment had been listed as a business expense, the Weisselberg's had an obligation to list it on their tax returns. Journalists speculated that District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. plans to use this impropriety as leverage to get Barry and Allen Weisselberg to agree to a plea deal where they testify against Trump.[3]

The Weisselbergs paid no rent for the apartment, but did pay approximately $400 per month in utilities.[4] Bloomberg News calculated that the Weisselbergs would have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars of rent, if they had paid market rent during the years they lived there. The apartment was sold for almost $3 million dollars, in 2014. The appartment's current owners rent it out at $7,000 per month.

Weisselberg described the 2004 shiva, for her fiance's grandmother, where Trump showed men pictures of himself posing with naked models, on a yacht.[5] She said Trump made sexual advances on her, in front of her future father-in-law, even though he knew she was engaged.

On August 8, 2021 New York District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. used a subpoena to seize documents from Weisselberg's apartment related to her former father-in-law's work for Donald Trump.[6]
