The following district court motion was entered into the docket on Friday February 16, 2024 in the protective order case Escalante Father versus Judge Burmaster. The complaints up approximately 30% of the docket space for the entire year of 2023 given prior years numbers on totality of judges that were put under investigation by the commission. Complaints 2879 begin the series which now and comprises of the number set all the way to 3059. KANSAS Statutes on motions for changes of venue indicate an affirmative showing of a prejudice so great, justifies the immediate transfer of any case(s) to another proper jurisdiction in another county to allow constitutional fairness.
