The company has initiated the process for the Project by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth 252 Crore Rs. with Govt. of Gujarat during Vibrant Gujarat Investor Summit-2011 for the development of Phase I of Dholera Mega Industrial Park Project- Dholera Nano City; Before this, the promoters of the company had purchased and possess on their name 415 acres of private land at Dholera before two years for the development of Dholera Mega Industrial Park Project/ Multi SEZ consisting of three SEZs, viz. one Engineering SEZ, one Free Trade Warehousing Zone and one Gems & Jewellery SEZ; 8. Dholera Metro City has also initiated the process for the development of a Logistics Park at Dholera Special Investment Region by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth 102 Crore Rs. with Govt. of Gujarat during Vibrant Gujarat Investor Summit-2011. The Company has already started the process of Land acquisition for the Logistics Park. 9. Dholera Metro City is diversifying its business into the creation of Real Estate infrastructures. The Company has already successfully launched Dholera Airport City, spread over a 45000 sq. yard weekend living residential scheme in the vicinity of the Dholera Special Investment region. 10. Again, Dholera SIR Infra Development has launched a New Residential Scheme in Dholera Metro City at Valinda Village which is spread over 44045 sq. yards on State Highway No. 6 (New expressway) near New International Airport, in the vicinity of Dholera Special Investment Region. 11. Now Dholera Metro City has started a new “Consultation” division to help and guide the investors for smart investment in Non-Agriculture, N.O.C., title clear Residential, Industrial, and commercial land within the town planning scheme of Dholera Special Investment Region. 12. Dholera Metro City has signed an MoU worth Rs. 1500 Crore Investment with the Government of Gujarat during the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2013 for Mega Industrial Park with Mix use development of Residential, Industrial, and Recreation facility at Dholera Village in 20 lacs sq.
