Masashi Tsuboyama (坪山優史?) is a video game director/artist best known for his collaboration with Team Silent in the Silent Hill survival horror series.

Tsuboyama began his work with Silent Hill (1999) working in the animation department as both background designer and motion/story demo designer. Following the success of the game, Team Silent worked on three sequels, with Tsuboyama working in the art department as "town desginer" in Silent Hill 2 (2001), as well as directing the game, and later on taking over art direction/monster designing for Silent Hill 4: The Room (2004).
