Template:Dablink Mullah Abdul Jabar is an Afghan citizen and member of the Taliban leadership.[1] On Sunday, July 27, 2003 The Deputy Governor of Zabul in Afghanistan announced that a Taliban committee in Quetta, Pakistan had appointed Mullah Abdul Jabar as the "rival Governor" of the Province.
