Dario Roberts (born May 15, 1980) is a Bahamian. Dario Roberts is the author of the Bestselling MindSet (Motivate Academy) Paperback – December 20, 2016, and By Phorce Saga - Volume 1: The Phorceful Entry Paperback – Large Print, September 27, 2016. Dario Roberts is a Fintech Inventor and CEO. He is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Virsymcoin; the chairman and majority shareholder of Virsympay; and the chairman, and CEO of Bahabeach Global Solutions. He is widely recognized as a significant contributor to blockchain development, being cited in numerous articles and widely known publications. The first of 4 children, Dario Roberts was born on May 15, 1980, in Nassau, Bahamas. His father, Boisy Roberts, was a Bahamas Custom Officer that was stationed in Freeport, Grand Bahama were he and his family lived. His mother, Inell Lauretta, worked several jobs, including as an agricultural representative at the [Bahamas] Department of Agriculture in Freeport, Bahamas to help support her family

During his teen years, Roberts excelled at karate and was active in various groups such as The Bahamas Boy Scouts Association and his local church’s youth group. While living in Freeport, Roberts attended Mary Star of The Sea School and Grand Bahama Catholic High, and he lived in Freeport, Bahamas.

Political Life
Party formation of Bahamas Democratic Movement The party was formed in late 1998 in Nassau, Bahamas, and was officially launched in February 2000. The party's founders included: Cassius Stuart, Howard R. Johnson, Dario Roberts, George Carey, and a number of then-students of the College of the Bahamas. The party was formed due to a shared belief held by the founding group that many Caribbean governments, specifically successive Bahamian governments, failed to incorporate young persons (under the age of 30) in the decision-making processes of government at any level. This particular view stemmed from the fact that, at the time, over 60% of the country's population was under the age of 30 years. Stuart and his followers believed that it was incumbent upon the government to have young persons play a more significant role in the governance of the country as opposed to merely "using them for their votes" in the period leading up to general elections. Immediately following victory at the polls, however, Stuart and his followers contended that young persons were given no official governmental roles with any real political power. The current leader of the BDM is Cassius Stuart. Omar Smith serves as Deputy Leader of the party.
