"ckyrodeo (born February 16, 2003) is a South African rapper, singer, songwriter and music producer from Durban. He is the lead member and founder of the collective and record label WRLD300Records (W3R). He is know as a "Spotify rapper" who built his following from the releasing of independent music on the platform".
Early Life
"Born on February 16, 2003, in Durban, South Africa ckyrodeo grew up as the last child from his mother having two sister's and one brother. ckyrodeo (or simply ckky), was raised in Durban and began rapping at age eight after listening to Jay Z and Lil Wayne. He fell in love with the sounds of composing music and lyrics/rhymes on top to tell the full story of the artist, so he taught himself how to write songs and make beats alongside with his best friend. He attended Meadowlands Technical High School, where he expanded upon rapping during his freshman year, engaging in cyphers at lunchtime by performing rhymes he had already written and stored in all his school books he carried with him. ckyrodeo took his career more seriously after releasing his first Mixtape called "Ascent" which was later removed from all platforms".
Career
ckyrodeo started independently releasing music on the streaming platforms SoundCloud and YouTube at the age of 12. He started doing music at the age of eight, learnt how to write his own music for about five years before releasing his first song in 2015. He saw that many young artist like himself in his neighborhood did not have a producer the struggle of making music was hard so he decided to open a small studio to help other musicians. He produces and mix's all his music himself as he states "nobody knows me like I do". He released his second mixtape "Purple Thoughts" on June 24, 2022 which has put his name up to more people, and a cover song "We Slide" by Meek Mill feature Young Thug on "Expensive Pain" album which is one of his biggest songs on Spotify.

Durban, South Africa. ckyrodeo started his musical career in 2010. Sacrificing his teens for a bright future has worked in his favor. For the result, today he is a top Artist & Music Producer realising “Many Good Music” & also helping other artists producing their music.
He is the founder and 'WRLD300Records' which is basically a music recording studio & also a full-service digital media agency that partners with clients to promote their brand outcomes. ckyrodeo has a deep understanding of what it takes for a young talented musician to completely crush it on the social media landscape. He has released and worked on more than 1 albums/mixtapes and composed about more than a 1000 songs.
ckyrodeo is also a “Music Producer”. He has produced many song's for himself and other artists building his producer name to the leave it is today. From begging other producers to give him beats to rap on and studio time to record he says "I'm greaful for what was happening back than, it's made me push even harder because I knew if I don't make it myself I'll be cutting my career short.
