Cheryl Strayed

Cheryl Strayed is an American author.

Her first book was an account of the four months she spent hiking most of the Pacific Crest Trail, in the 1990s. Actor Reese Witherspoon helped produce Wild, a successful feature film based on the book. Witherspoon played Strayed, in the film.
