Aubrey Banks

Aubrey V. Banks (born on September 25, 1985), also known as the Fresh Prince, is an entrepreneur, lifestyle engineer, brand architect, style composer, and the A&R of Musicheads.

Early Life and Education

Banks was born to Sonja Covington.

Career

Banks started his career at 17 by opening a clothing store, Remix Clothing, which operated for five years. Remix Clothing allowed him to branch into different parts of the entertainment industry and grow with the required networking.

After working for two record labels, Banks decided to venture into opening his brand. He became the Founder and CEO of Musicheads, LLC, a music production company that has worked with several artists, including Jay Z, Rick Ross, and Chris Brown. Some of the multiple records his company has worked on include Devil is a Lie, I’m so blessed, and The One. He has done video and magazine productions for brands such as GQ and Vogue. Musicheads has sold over 6 million singles collectively and also has been Grammy-nominated.

Banks has worked with Interscope and Cash Money Records as A&R and a couple of boutique labels as Artist Development.

He founded The Tailored Firm, a full-service marketing and management firm that assists clients in getting brand ambassadorships, branding opportunities, and social media enhancement. He also founded a sports concierge company called 19eighty5.

In April 2022, Banks founded Why Not Me, an entertainment and lifestyle masterclass, where he shares advice, tips, and guidance that have helped him become a multiple stream entrepreneur.
