Amit Patel
Amit Patel (born 4 April 1984 London, United Kingdom) is a British Indian businessperson and managing director of Xclusive Yachts, the largest yacht rental company in the middle east.[1] Amit Patel also founded Xclusive boat club and Xclusive sea school.[2][3]

Career
Amit Patel completed his education from Birmingham University. From launching a successful e-commerce business in the United Kingdom at the age of 16, one of the early adopters of online commerce, then a web hosting company which was sold to public listed company to moving to middle east and setting up multiple businesses included a hotel to finally settling with following passion in the leisure marine industry.[4] Amit Patel began the yacht company at the age of 21 about 15 years ago, anticipating an untapped, enormous potential. He had relocated from London to Dubai to begin his journey. He had the vision to develop a peerless brand in the domain of Yacht Business from the beginning, and after more than a decade of his amazing entrepreneurial adventure, Amit is now known as the 'King of Yachts.'[5]
Patel founded Xclusive Yachts in 2006 with one boat and has since expanded to a fleet of more than 70 boats and two super yachts. Over the years, he has assembled a dedicated team of 300 professionals from around the world, with a combined work experience of more than 100 years. Every year, Xclusive Yachts successfully transports over one million passengers onto the sea, where they have a memorable experience for the rest of their lives. Rihanna, The Royals, and Akon are among the celebrity visitors. Another intriguing fact is that Xclusive Yachts is the only charter firm that owns its own fleet of yachts, making it the industry pioneers in yacht chartering in Dubai.[6][7]
Xclusive Yachts is located in Dubai Marina and JBR and has a strong partnership with the Dubai Marina Yacht Club (DMYC), one of the world's largest private yacht clubs. This close link enables the organisation to provide world-class service to its customers. Patel has expanded the award-winning Xclusive Yachts into various aspects of boating over the years, including an internationally recognised RYA certified sea school where the company certifies individuals to drive a boat; and Boat Club Membership, which allows valued customers to be the captain of the boat/yacht of their choice. Xclusive Boat Club's fleet comprises fishing boats, wakeboarding boats, micro yachts, speed cruisers, and so on.[8]
