Biography
Alavi Bin Forhad(born February 14, 2003) monotonously known as "Alavei Forhad" (stylized as Alavei Forhad pronounced ala-vey for-haad) is a Bangladeshi electronic music producer. Mainly focused on Techno. He has released singles across different genres. He is best known for his particularly remarkable music production. In this small journey, he has been ranked 843 on American musical platform Reverbnation's DJ genre global ranking and #1 on the local chart. His first song "Like A King" was released in 2016. He is the son of Bangladeshi popular fashion designer Shimul Khaled[[1]].
Entirely self-taught, Alavei began producing at the age of 13. He is a none vocal instrumentalist. He started his musical travel in 2015. He is also known as ABF but in 2017 he replaced it with the name Alavei Forhad. This name was taken from his full name Alavi Bin Forhad.
Education
After finishing college in 2021, he is now an Independent University, Bangladesh(IUB)[[2]] undergrad student.
Early life
Entirely self-taught, Alavi began producing at the age of 13. He had no friends in school life because he was a very shy and introverted person. At the age of 10, he became very interested in electronic music. He was very curious about how they are making these structures. After that, he discovered Canadian musician, Deadmau5 on youtube which inspired him to become an electronic music producer. He has released singles across different genres. After experimenting with many genres, he saw Belgian techno producer Charlotte De Witte playing on Tomorrowland’s main stage, which made him fall in love with Techno. Now he is the first traditional Techno act in Bangladesh. He is not like other mainstream musicians out there. He is putting techno and trap elements, sometimes house elements into his music which confuses people but gives them wonder.
