She is also a publisher, author, podcast host, editor-in-chief and Executive Producer.[1]

Career

Abby started her career journey in 2015 after she got fired from her job. At that time, she was raising her three kids aged 7, 5 and 3, as it was hard to find babysitters because her job at the time was mostly in the night time.

After losing her job, she decided to do what was best for her family by starting her personal business, that way she could be in charge of her time and raise her kids.

She started reading self-help books, mindset shift books and then in 2017 through the assistance of a very kind lady named Moy Fung, who advised and helped her publish her first book called Waistless: How to transform your waist in 30 days. Since then, she has published over 25 books and journals varying from cookbooks, vegan cookbooks, journals for pregnant women and many more.[2]

She is the Editor in chief of Mom's Ultimate Guide Magazine, Podcast host on How to Survive Society and the Co-creator of Naija Wives Reality Show.[3]

She has a shapewear and supplement line that sell products like flat tummy tea, waist trainer pants, waist band and supplements. This was due to the fact that she loves to try new things and help people live a better and healthier lifestyle.[4]

Personal Life

She is married and resides in Calabasas, California with her husband Wayne Williams and their 6 children.
