The Beast is a Combiner exclusive to the UK Transformers comic story Transformers: The Beast Within, composed of the five Generation 1 Dinobots: Grimlock, Swoop, Slag, Snarl, and Sludge.
History
The Dinobots formed the Beast due to the Autobots being outnumbered by the Decepticons and their force of Combiners, including Predaking. The monstrous Combiner decimated the Decepticon forces but then went on an out-of-control rampage. Unable to separate or reason with it, the Autobots were forced to destroy the Beast as well as their former comrades.
