Rad, full name Bradley Wright, is a human character from the Unicron Trilogy and an ally of the Autobots.
History
Animated series
Rad first appeared alongside his friends Alexis and Carlos Lopez, when they stumbled upon the conflict between the Autobots and Decepticons over the Mini-Cons in Transformers: Armada.
Rad would later appear ten years later in Transformers: Energon, again as an ally of the Autobots and a frequent associate of the Jones family.
Comics
Rad appeared in both the Armada and Energon comics. In the Energon line it is hinted that he and Alexis have become romantically involved.
