Predacus
Predacus is a fictional character in the Transformers series, the combined form of Tripredacus Council members Sea Clamp, Cicadacon, and Ramhorn, Tripredacus Agent Transformers, and Predacon Secret Police Lieutenant Tarantulas. A lesser incarnation of him is Tripredacus, who is formed from the same components minus Ravage and Tarantulas.

Beast Wars=
In Beast Wars, the Tripredacus Council comprised the leadership of the Predacon Alliance, while Megatron was a renegade operating without their sanction or approval.
Television series
Unlike Megatron, the Tripredacus Council sought to claim Cybertron after extensive preparations, which was considered a sign of weakness by Megatron. In their bid to keep their true intentions hidden until the moment they deemed most opportune, they did their best to placate the Maximal Elders, making repercussions following the disappearance of Optimus Primal and the crew of the Axalon. After a transwarp wave with the energy signature of Megatron's stolen ship, the Darksyde, was detected by their long-range scanners, the Tripredacus Council conspired to eliminate their would-be rival. After taking steps to insure that the Maximals wouldn't detect the wave and investigate, they dispatched their Covert Agent Ravage to prehistoric Earth aboard a specially developed cruiser with orders to eliminate Megatron. Ravage was aided by Optimus Primal's crew, who believed him to be an ally, and by Tarantulas, a Predacon Secret Police Lieutenant whom the council had planted in Megatron's crew.
What the Council didn't count on was Ravage and Tarantulas turning to Megatron's side after the Predacon commander showed Ravage a message left by his Decepticon namesake with instructions on what to do in the event of the Decepticons' defeat at the hands of the Autobots. Ravage thus joined in an attack on the Maximals before apparently perishing, while Tarantulas retained a loose alliance with Megatron while continuing to operate the Council's agenda.
Comics
In Beast Wars: The Gathering, Ravage's failure and apparent demise prompted the Tripredacus Council to dispatch Magmatron and his crew to apprehend Megatron and bring him back to Cybertron. However, Magmatron secretly shared Megatron's desire to strike more quickly than the Council would deem prudent, and used the mission to accelerate his own plans. He soon converted several of the Axalon crew of protoforms into his own small army, but the actions of the Maximal black-ops operative Razorbeast resulted in a force of Maximals being awakened to oppose him. Fearing that the Council would learn of his betrayal, Magmatron revived Ravage using a blank protoform and tasked him with eliminating the Maximals while he set out to capture Megatron.
In Transformers: Timelines, the Tripredacus Council are depicted as having betrayed Razorclaw in order to seize leadership of the Predacons, only for the original Predacon commander to survive their attack.
