Biography
Manuj Khanna commenced his academic career by graduating from high school in 2002 and earning a bachelor's degree in science from IHM in 2005. He traveled to New Zealand in 2008 till 2010 to complete his Master's degree. After returning to India, he worked as the Learning Development Head for the region for KFC, one of the hippest fast-food chains in the country. After two to three years, Haldiram recruited him as a Head of Learning Development to create their operational procedures. One of the most peak reaching time of the career for Mr. Khanna was when he was the Head of Business Operations for Oh So Stoned Ice cream Pvt Ltd in the year 2017. He also served as a consultant for Nathu's and many more, which helped them demonstrate development and create franchises. Up until 2020, Mr. Khanna served as a business development consultant for numerous startups, restaurantsetc. He looked into the numerous aspects of these companies like orperationals, hospitality, franchise development, SOP development business development.
However, with the emergence of COVID-19, many of these businesses suffered financial setbacks due to a lack of funding. Despite this, Mr. Khanna never gave up, giving them all the support they needed to succeed. Following the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a collapse in the hospitality industry, necessitating the adoption of innovative and practical measures to diversify economic growth so he established Stage Your Music in 2021, a company specializing in artist management. He intended to broaden and extend it further since he saw a lot of potential in this area of company. Stage your Music was restricted to the artists themselves, but clubs and restaurants struggled greatly because of the slow expansion of their clientele. Hence, it operated for a year, but he believed he could do even more for the customer management, so in 2022 he launched the app "Party Witty". Party Witty is an app that allows users to party at their coe. It showcases the most affordable party places it's just like partying at your price which is made simpler through the app. Both customer and artist management are made possible by this fantastic app. Group reservations and table reservations make up the two sections of the customer management marketplace that are available to all clubs. Additionally, this app serves as the hub for all artists. While artist management is currently being developed, it will soon be available on the app, customer management is now available.
Mr. Khanna always was keen on expanding his vision towards his career he never stopped rather kept trying new ways to reach the limitless heights. Even after he had achieved one of his greatest jobs in 2017 he never stopped their he wanted to go even away and create something which was a gap in the market. Effortlessly after working for 19 years he finally achieved the highlight of becoming an owner to a company which he can build and nurture through his own hands. Therefore, this puts together to Mr. Khanna being an enthusiastic and diligent individual who endeavors to maintain his competitive edge by never relenting and always pushing himself to attain his goals.
