Hammer is a Decepticon Mini-Con who transforms between a spherical form and a robot form that resembles either a Dragon or a Phoenix.
History
Animated series
Hammer appears in Robots in Disguise where he and Anvil are partnered with Bisk in order to steal Sound boards from a rock concert for use in repairing the Alchemor. The pair nearly caught Russell Clay after he stumbled upon their attempted theft, and were then defeated by Bumblebee and captured along with Bisk.
