Ajai Sharma[1] (born 12 December 1996) is an Indian chef, podcaster, cookbook writer. He is based in New York City
Early life and education
Ajai was born in Meerut[2], India, to Ankur and Alka He did his schooling at Delhi Public School ,Jeddah Saudi Arabia
Ajai began developing recipes at a very young age a. He graduated from Welcomgroup graduate school of hotel administration a constituent of Manipal Academy of Higher Education in 2018.[citation needed] and The Culinary Institute of America ,Hyde Park, New York In 2020 during COVID-19 Pandemic Ajai Announced his Podcast Show Bite in With Bawarchi which features chefs, foodies and hospitality people who share their experience working in the industry.
Career
Sharma worked for the Taj Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Hyatt Sharma had worked at Gramercy Tavern and The Café Altro Paradisio in New York City.
