In Robots in Disguise, Zizza is featured as a Decepticon criminal who produces a toxin capable of bending others to her will. She used this power to enslave Transformers on Cybertron before being imprisoned aboard the Alchemor, from which she escaped after it crashed. She soon discovered that her toxin was even more effective on humans, and set out to build herself an empire on Earth before being found by Bumblebee and his team, including new ally Windblade. Though she kept the Autobots at bay initially due to holding human hostages, she was eventually defeated by Strongarm's quick-thinking and teamwork with Windblade.

Zizza was themed after a queen bee and transformed into a giant bee, and wielded a scepter in robot mode.
