Vardges Ulubabyan

Vardges Ulubabyan is a Deputy of the national legislature of Nagorno-Karabakh.[1] He is also the director of the Nagorno-Karaback State Archives.[2] In September 2011 he lead a diplomatic mission to the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
