Md. Muhtasim Fuad Fahim 
(born December 28, 1998) is a Bangladeshi Software Engineer, Blockchain Developer, and Trainer, currently employed at XpeedStudio, where he merges his skills to innovate and he is pursuing his postgraduate degree from the Islamic University of Technology, IUT.

Professional Life
Muhtasim embarked on his professional journey after graduating from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. With a keen interest in blockchain technology, he joined the Estonian-based company, Softcent. At Softcent, Muhtasim was instrumental in working on the crypto project, SwipeXYZ, a social media platform, and later collaborated on Revorium, a payment gateway service designed to facilitate seamless currency transactions targeted at freelancers.
Now a Software Engineer at XpeedStudio, Muhtasim's innovative contributions have been evident in projects like GetGenie, an AI-driven platform boasting over 10k WordPress installations, and various web scraping initiatives utilising Puppeteer, Playwright. Currently, he is channeling his expertise into a Human Resource Management project named YoSuite, further solidifying his reputation as a versatile Software Engineer.
Outside of his professional commitments, Muhtasim has conducted specialized Blockchain training sessions at three prominent universities in Bangladesh: the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh[1], Canadian University of Bangladesh[2], and Daffodil International University[3]. Tailoring his approach to meet specific needs, he typically leads 5-10 sessions per institution. Notably, his trainees excelled in the Blockchain Olympiad Bangladesh, two teams secured positions in the top 10 of the Blockchain Olympiad Bangladesh 2022, showcasing Muhtasim's impactful contributions to their success.
Early Life and Education
Born on 28th December 1998 in Gaibandha, Bangladesh, he completed his SSC from Gaibandha Government Boys' High School in 2014 and HSC from Gaibandha Govt College in 2016. From his early years, he displayed a distinct passion for learning. This ardor for education led him to pursue a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, (ULAB). Recognizing the importance of advanced studies, he is currently deepening his expertise in the field with a Post-graduation in Computer Science and Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology, (IUT). Throughout his academic journey, he has consistently showcased a fervent interest in coding and remains committed to embracing new challenges and expanding his knowledge base.

Personal Life
Muhatsim is the younger of two brothers, with his elder brother named Asif Rezwan Ayon. His father, Md. Abdur Rashid, is actively involved in business, while his mother, Mohsina Begum, diligently manages the household as a homemaker. As of now, he remains single, prioritizing his professional pursuits.
