Demian Heald is a 5th generation Portlander who spent most of his life in the city where he currently lives with his beautiful wife and three wonderful children. He holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Washington - one in Epidemiology and another in Anthropology.

Having a carpenter father who later on turned into an architect, he started to develop a fascination for real estate even when he was still young. And with much love and passion for his birthplace, he knows the streets, attitudes, and other characteristics that make neighborhoods distinct from one another.

Later on, Demian’s passion for Portland and real estate gave birth to Ten Bridges Real Estate Investment. Found in 1999, it has been searching for and developing residential and commercial properties that bring economic growth to Portland while enhancing its personality. But above all, through its projects, it strives to maintain and produce rewarding investment opportunities.

Furthermore, as the company’s President, Demian gave huge importance to fostering relationships with community leaders, businesses, private lenders, local and international banks, and real estate and investment professionals. He believes that building and strengthening networks with such people help them make wise decisions regarding development projects in Portland.

In addition to that, the company also benefits from Demian and his team’s consultations with real estate developers and other industry experts. Because of such, they were able to work through real estate transactions and partnerships and develop a deeper understanding of land use, asset management, and acquisitions. Receiving expert advice also allowed them to successfully implement projects and produce healthy investment returns.

Through the years, Demian has been hands-on in Ten Bridges’ acquisitions, rehabilitation, and reselling process which gave him extensive knowledge and experience in the planning, construction, and appraisal of real estate properties.
