Ultra Trion is an Autobot from the Transformers franchise, a fusion of Alpha Trion and Ultra Magnus.

History

Ultra Trion stood to oppose Megazarak when the tyrannical Decepticon came in search of Vector Sigma, hoping to use it to hunt down those Autobots who had escaped his wrath. The elder fought bravely but was defeated and killed, though his sacrifice enabled Vector Sigma's safe removal to another location.

Fun Publications

"Ask Vector Prime" later revealed that Ultra Trion was from a Robots in Disguise alternate reality, in which Ultra Magnus fused his Spark with the dying Alpha Trion, resulting in the creation of Ultra Trion. Ultra Trion later passed the Matrix of Leadership on to Hot Spot, resulting in his rebirth as a new incarnation of Defensor.
