Early Life & Education
Rishi Grover was born on 3rd June 1998 to Mr. Rakesh Kumar Grover, A government servant and Mrs. Anita Grover, who is also a government servant. Rishi did his schooling from Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar till 12th grade ( Commerce ). After completing his schooling, he took admission in Vivekananda Institute Of Professional Studies in BA Journalism & Mass Communication. Currently, He is doing Hindustani Vocals Course from Allahabad University & also learning Western Music from Rockschool, London. Rishi was interested in music from a very tender age and started learning music from the age of 12. He also started participating in several school and local events where he did very well and got a lot of appreciation from the judges.
Apart from singing, the 23-year-old is also a multi instrument player and has a very good command over musical instruments like Harmonium, Flute, Piano, Guitar, Keyboard & Mouth Organ.
Career
Rishi Grover started performing from a very early age in a lot of live shows with several famous bands of Delhi. He did his first big live performance at the age of 16 in IIT BHU's fest from where he got a very good recognition.
The singer has released a couple of songs on his Youtube Channel - Rishi Grover where he has a very good presence and has received more than 5 Lakh Views. Apart from the video streaming platform - Youtube. He is a verified artist on various music streaming platforms such as Spotify [1], Gaana, JioSaavn[2] etc. In addition, Rishi got verified on google few months back as a musician.
Personal Life
Rishi Grover comes from a humble background with having no connection with the music industry. He is the first one in his family to get into music. Unlike majority of the Indian Parents, both of his parents who are govt. employees supported him from the very starting. He was admitted in a music school by his parents when they saw his love for music.
Apart from music, He is an avid traveller and loves animals and has a pet dog named "Simmba". Rishi even did a road-trip from Delhi to Rishikesh with his pet dog [3] recently and also uploaded a vlog regarding the same.
