The red line represents the proposed path of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, which would use the [[Scarboro RT's right of way, which would be extended northwest with a stop at Markham Road, just south of Highway 401, with a final stop on Sheppard Avenue, north of Highway 401, about half a kilometre east of Markham.
The blue line represents a proposal to extend the Bloor Danforth line to Sheppard and McCowan, with two other stations, at Lawrence and McCowan and at Scarboro Town Centre at Ellesmere and McCowan.
