Wikipedia contributor https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Dmitri1999, a professional photographer, created this image and uploaded it to the wikimedia commons. There was a dispute, and Dmitri announced his intention to request all his images be deleted.
Free licenses are not revocable -- however the WMF projects have deleted properly licensed images in the past -- as a courtesy. But anyone who copied the image, is entitled to use it under the terms of the original license -- even if the image is deleted from the WMF system.
Dmitri1999 released the image under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license.
His license said the image must be attributed to http://www.dmitrimarkine.com
