History

In 1999, Jay Cochran started a small fansite that covered the world of action figures and collectibles called AmericanDreamComics.com. This site would grow over the years into what is known today as Toy News International - considered by many to be the most extensive action figure publication today. Jay met Jack Hurwitz, owner of his own Transformers fansite called TFormers.com, one of the most comprehensive websites covering all things that are Transformers related. With those two websites as the foundation, Jay and Jack created the Entertainment News International network in 2006, focusing on the world of “Pop-Culture” including comic books, movies, video games and action figure collectibles. Collectively, their websites reach thousands of unique readers on a monthly basis.

Entertainment News International has over 30,000 registered members among its communities, newsletter subscribers and classified board users. Our network of “Pop-Culture” related properties (ENewsi.com, ToyNewsi.com, TFormers.com, MarvelousNews.com JediInsider.com, TFieds.com and others) attracts that elusive demographic of young men from the ages of 18-34 from around the world.
