Abdul Rahman Umir Al Qyati is a citizen of Yemen currently held in the Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba after being classified as an enemy combatant by the United States's.[1] The Department of Defense estimate that he was born in 1976 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Abdul Rahman Umir al Qyati arrived at Guantanamo on May 5, 2002, and has been held there for Template:For year month day.[2][3][4]
Habeas corpus petition

Al Qyati had a habeas corpus petition filed on his behalf on December 18, 2008, by Sara J. Rich of Killmer, Lane & Newman, LLP.[5] The petition was filed before Reggie B. Walton a United States District Court Judge in Washington DC.
