Abdel Hadi Mohammed Badan Al Sebaii Sebaii is a citizen of Saudi Arabia, who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba.[1] The Department of Defense reports Sebaii was born on August 23, 1971, in El Kharg, Saudi Arabia.
Abdel Hadi Mohammed Badan al Sebaii Sebaii was transferred to Saudi Arabia on May 18, 2006.[2]
