Certified Security Risk Management Professional (SRMP)

The Certified Security Risk Management Professional (SRMP) is the title, designation and credential awarded & provided by the International NGO Safety and Security Association (INSSA) since 2020. The certification has 2 types. SRMP-C is the Country Level certification. SRMP-R is the higher level of certification which is the Regional Level. One must always indicate the level of his/her certification, including post-nominals.


To become a Certified Security Risk Management Professional (SRMP), one must meet the following requirements: Meet minimum academic and professional requirements Be of high moral character Agree to abide by the Bylaws and Code of Professional Ethics of the INSSA Pass the SRMP Certification Examination

Not all Practitioners are SRMPs. Those who earn the SRMP credential distinguish themselves by signaling dedication, knowledge, and skill.
