The CCGS Private Robertson V.C.., the first Hero-class vessel to be commissioned.

The CCGS Private Robertson V.C. is the first of nine Hero-class patrol vessels to be commissioned.[1][2]

The vessel is named after James Peter Robinson, a winner of the Victoria Cross in the First World War.[3]

On February 10, 2011 the London Free Press reported that the Private Robertson, and her sister ship the CCGS Corporal Kaeble will patrol the Great Lakes.[4]
