Burton Wilkins III

Burton Wilkins III (born 30 June 1987 - Somers Point, NJ ) is an American real estate broker.^[1] Burton Wilkins III has the unique ability of being able to bring his background in hospitality to real estate by showing clients a personalized experience, while maintaining high luxury standards. He takes this same approach to his familial roots to the Jersey shore.^[2]

Career

Burton Wilkins III, a native of Ocean City, Wilkins grew up enjoying all that the town has to offer, from the beaches to the bay. He loves to share these passions with the community. Burton partners as owners with his father and sister at Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty and brings his own unique set of skills and expertise to the family business. An avid traveler, Wilkins specializes in the international referral program within Sotheby’s International Realty and has a wide base of international clientele. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Wilkins has spent the past decade in South Florida building a resume wrought with experience in customer relations, including top producer at One Sotheby’s International Realty, director of nightlife overseeing marketing and promotions for luxury brands such as Edition Hotels, LIV Nightclub & more. He continues to be a top producer with Circle of Excellence Awards every year with recent annual sales between $25 and $30 million dollars. As a licensed REALTOR since 2011 in Florida, Wilkins brings his background in hospitality to real estate and provides clients a personal, one-of-a-kind luxury real estate experience regardless of price point.
